Gourmet Restaurant Adler

Gourmet Restaurant Adler has been awarded a Michelin star every year since 1966, the first year the famous gourmet guide selected gourmet restaurants in Germany. This makes Gourmet Restaurant Adler not only one of the best Michelin star restaurants in the South of Germany, but  also the only gourmet restaurant in Germany which holds the award continuously for 45 years.

Since April 2011 Florian Zumkeller is chef of the German gourmet restaurant close to the Swiss boarder and the cities of Zurich and Basel. In the tradition of his father Winfried the Adler cuisine continues to go with the time without beeing trendy and combines traditional regional dishes with modern gourmet cuisine. Guest can chose different small parlors – from  typical Black Forest style to elegant dining to enjoy their meal.
