No matter if you want to work out alone or with our trainer Ms. Mutter, the Adler Gym will keep you moving. Enjoy group classes or treat yourself to a personal training.
Equipment: cross trainer, treadmill, cycling trainer, rowing machine, power tower, free weights, stepper, gym mats

In case of illness of our instructor, some programs may be cancelled. Our hiking program is not affected. Of course you can use our gym on your own or take a ride with one of our free bicycles and mountain bikes.
