Head chef Daniel Liebl and restaurant manager Jonathan Hashem Zehi welcome you to a whole new culinary experience. We want to be an active part of the change in gastronomic excellence and proof that the highest culinary pleasures require neither fish and meat, nor exploitation of man and nature.
For us, a desire for innovation doesn’t mean blindly following trends but mindfully creating with a view to the needs of our guests. Your wellbeing stands at the centre of our attention. We make sure to include a high proportion of vegetables in all our dishes and naturally we take account of food intolerances and special forms of nutrition. You will always find a selection of gluten-free and lactose-free, vegetarian and vegan dishes on our menu. 
Loving craftsmanship is timeless but gourmet cuisine changes. That’s why the courage to move with the times has always been part of our guiding principle.
