    Entry from abroad

Entry is currently possible from the following countries WITHOUT quarantine:

Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands and Denmark

    NO longer corona risk areas:
Many cantons in Switzerland are NO longer risk areas in Germany, so you do not have to consider anything when entering Germany:
    • Aargau
    • Bern
    • Basel (city & country)
    • Grisons
    • Solothurn
    • Ticino
    • Thurgau
    • train
    • Zurich

    "Normal" risk areas
The rest of Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands and Denmark are currently still considered normal "risk areas" in Germany (7-day incidence> 50).
Entry is also possible WITHOUT quarantine, but with a digital entry registration. In addition, proof of vaccination, recovery or test (quick or certified self-test sufficient) must be uploaded to the entry portal up to 48 hours after arrival (or a registration must be made in the holiday community.) If you have any questions or need help, we are happy to be there for you!

Please note for all countries that are still considered risk areas according to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI):

    1. Before crossing the border and by ALL travelers (including those who have been vaccinated and recovered), the entry registration must be completed digitally or carried in paper form.

    2. No later than 48 hours after entry: Proof of entry-eligibility (vaccinated, recovered, tested)
Upload of proof of vaccination, recovery OR a negative test result to the entry portal (without digital registration, submission to Gemeinde Häusern):
A supervised self-test completed with us before check-in is also sufficient for entry.

Guests who have been in "high-risk areas" or "virus variant areas" according to the RKI 10 days before arrival are quarantined in Germany for at least 5 days despite a negative test. Unfortunately, it is not possible to check in at our hotel during this time. If your registration address receives an unforeseen quarantine requirement, cancellation is free of charge up to the day of arrival. For other stays in high incidence or virus variant areas (previous trips, etc.) cancellation charges apply.

If your home country is no longer considered a risk area and you have not otherwise been in any risk area for the last 10 days, no entry registration is required. Please note that at the moment, all guests are required to have a corona test that is no longer than 24 hours old when checking in.

If you have stayed with us outside of Germany in the last 10 days prior to arrival, please note the information provided by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) and the federal government.

How do we take care of your safety?

We take care of your safety without weighing down your vacation.

Hotel room: Our housekeeping staff will only enter your hotel room at your request. You can order your room cleaning conveniently at check-in or at any time via our reception.

Public spaces: Cleaning intervals have been intensified. Our lobby, restaurants, as well as the pool and wellness area, have fresh air ventilation systems, which of course have been checked for the current situation and are regularly serviced. In some places in the house we have also set up air purifiers with HEPA filters (e.g. at the reception and in the fitness room). Of course, you will also find larger distances between tables and loungers, as well as distance markings on buffets & Co. Skin-friendly hand disinfection is available throughout the house.

Employees: Our employees wear masks throughout the house and follow strict hygiene protocols. For the reopening on June 21, all of our employees (with the exception of medical reasons, e.g. pregnant women) will be vaccinated at least once. Until full vaccination protection is achieved, all employees are tested daily before starting work.

Are there currently any contact restrictions?
